Comedy Works Downtown is excited to welcome new members to our team as door staff!
Our door staff plays a crucial role in creating a lively and welcoming atmosphere at Comedy Works. If you're looking for a dynamic and fun entry-level position, this is the perfect opportunity for you. We prioritize internal growth and development, so if you have the right attitude, we'll provide the training you need to succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly welcome and assist guests as they arrive
- Verify IDs and tickets with a friendly demeanor
- Help with running food and clearing tables
- Provide exceptional customer service and handle phone inquiries
- Assist with merchandise sales
- Navigate comfortably in dimly lit and crowded spaces
- Stay composed and cheerful in a fast-paced environment
- Engage positively with large crowds
- Collaborate effectively with your team
Requirements:
- Must be 21+
- Availability on evenings and weekends
- Willing to work in an R-rated environment
- TIPS Certified (or willing to become, if hired)
Compensation: $18.81 hr. PLUS tips
ALL employees are eligible to participate in health, dental and vision insurance.
