Server -- Comedy Works South at the Landmark
Do you love comedy? Are you looking for part time supplemental income? If so, we have a great opportunity for you.
Comedy Works is one of the premier comedy clubs in the country. The company has been around for 35 years and we are a mecca in the comedy world. We exist to provide an enjoyable escape from the daily grind by conducting live comedy shows with upcoming local talent and nationally recognized headliners.
We work hard and take our jobs seriously, but not ourselves. After all, you can only take comedy so seriously.
High volume, fast paced. Must be organized and have liquor knowledge. Must be able to handle stress very well. Fast moving through a lot of guests who all sit down at the same time. . . must be professional and play well with others! Join a growing business and team! This position is very part-time with mandatory Friday and Saturday nights...
* 2 week training program, previous experience strongly preferred.
* We utilize an on call system with a staff call after 3pm.
Job Duties
- Quickly and accurately take orders for a 35-40 person section which may be seated at the same time.
- Ability to minimize guest disruption during the show be remaining quiet.
- Cleaning spills and food running.
- Organize and expedite showroom food orders from the kitchen.
