Jake Velazquez is a New York-based stand-up comedian who opens for Jordan Jensen, including on her debut Netflix special Take Me With You and her recent bus tour. When he's not touring, Jake performs across New York City, where he was named one of New York's Funniest in 2024 after being selected as a Comic to Watch in 2023. Last year, he completed his first headlining tour, performing in fifteen cities. He's also been featured at comedy festivals including Skankfest and Rogue Island.

A native New Yorker, Jake only grew to be 5'6" because of the tiny spaces he was confined to with his five sisters, Puerto Rican father, and Jewish mother. His comedy blends edgy observations with stories that poke fun at his own insecurities and the embarrassing moments that come with living an unconventional life. He has been described by many as "hilarious" and "smaller than expected in person."
